Street Fighter Alpha 3 Max is hands-down the best 2D fighter on the PSP. It's not perfect, but it beats the competition by offering a slew of addictive modes, refined fighting mechanics and wicked cool visuals. And that's not including the massive roster of characters, wireless multiplayer modes and intricate character modification system. Aficionados will have a few issues with the way it controls, mainly due to the design of the PSP's D- PAD, but overall it works fine.
